Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager (Porto, Portugal)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the booking process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry, particularly in Porto, Portugal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month. The working hours will vary based on business needs but will not exceed 25 hours per week. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
