Contract Office Assistant (Nepali-speaking) in Sharjah
We are a company in Sharjah seeking a Nepali-speaking Office Assistant for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to communicate fluently in English. This is a great opportunity for someone without previous office experience to gain valuable skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and payments
Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali and English (both written and verbal)
- Valid biometric passport
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1200$ per month.
Location:
This role is based in Sharjah, UAE. However, the candidate's nationality or location is not a strict requirement.
