Office Assistant
We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$. This job is open to Indian nationals who are looking for a part-time job or students who want to gain experience in a professional setting.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents. You will also assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an office setting and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is also required.
This job does not require fluency in English but basic communication skills are preferred. The candidate should be able to work independently and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
