Administrative Manager

We are currently hiring an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of all administrative processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical workers
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Develop and maintain internal filing systems and databases
- Record minutes of meetings and distribute them to relevant parties
- Handle employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the office
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration
- Provide support to senior management as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required

Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a contract job without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Qatar.
