Administrative Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Manager to join our fast-paced company in Al-Wakra. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative activities within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff, including training and development
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Review and improve administrative processes to increase efficiency
- Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR practices
