Carpenter - Jerusalem, Israel



We are seeking skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalk lines, or marking gauges
- Cut materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim according to specifications
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand or power tools
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum of 2 years)
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers etc.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Jerusalem, Israel.

Nationality Preference:
While all nationalities are welcome to apply for this position in Jerusalem, preference will be given to Pakistani or Kenyan candidates.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position. However basic communication skills in English would be beneficial.

Experience Level:
This job does not require any previous experience. We welcome freshers who have the required skills and are willing to learn.

Other Requirements:
All candidates must possess a biometric passport for travel purposes. This is a part-time job, with flexible working hours.
