Office Manager
We are a dynamic and growing company in the heart of Eschen, seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee our daily operations. As an Indian national, you will bring your strong English language skills and previous office management experience to our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our employees. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be vital in coordinating with various departments and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Support HR department with recruitment processes as needed
- Coordinate with finance department on budget tracking and expense reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- At least 2 years of previous experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with budget tracking and expense reporting is a plus
- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
