As a Teamlead in Porto, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to meet project goals and deadlines. Your role will involve overseeing the performance of team members, providing guidance and support, and promoting a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals in the delivery of projects
- Assign tasks and set clear expectations for team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Facilitate communication within the team and across departments
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary resources
- Act as a point of contact for any issues or conflicts within the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and collaboration

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as Teamlead or Project Manager
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Porto, Portugal. While we prefer candidates who are already based in Porto, we also welcome applicants who are willing to relocate.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Portugal.
