We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team and provide expert maintenance services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. The Handyman will be responsible for completing both routine and emergency maintenance tasks for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of properties and identify any maintenance needs
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances or systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Install new fixtures, appliances or systems as needed
- Complete general repairs such as painting, drywall patching, and basic carpentry work
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all completed work and expenses incurred
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure all maintenance needs are addressed promptly and efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in general handyman work or related field
- Proficient in various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
