Part-Time Online Consultant
As a Part-Time Online Consultant, you will use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide virtual support to clients. Your main responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media. You will need to have a strong understanding of the company's products and services in order to effectively assist customers with their needs. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for flexible working hours and can work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns raised by customers
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations
- Build rapport with customers through excellent communication skills
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in using various online communication channels (email, chat, social media)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Salary: $1,800 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
Location: Herning (accommodation provided if needed)
Visa Requirements: Must have legal authorization to work in Denmark.
