We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Online Consultant to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media
- Provide information and guidance on our products and services
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues
- Monitor client inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of various online platforms such as email, live chat, social media, etc.
- Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts if needed
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new software quickly
- Valid work visa for Denmark (or ability to obtain one)

Salary: 1200$ per month. This is a full-time position with the possibility for growth within the company. We offer a competitive salary package along with other benefits including health insurance.
