Insurance Claims Adjuster for Indian Applicants in Split


We are a reputable insurance company based in Split and we are currently seeking experienced Indian insurance claims adjusters to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment.

As an insurance claims adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and compensation. You will work closely with policyholders, agents, and other professionals to gather information and make decisions regarding the settlement of claims.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national, currently residing in Split or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English (Croatian language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience as an insurance claims adjuster is required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing insurance policies and determining coverage for submitted claims
- Conducting investigations into the validity of claims by gathering information from various sources
- Communicating with policyholders, agents, and other professionals to obtain necessary information or documents
- Analyzing information gathered and making decisions regarding the settlement of claims
- Negotiating claim settlements within authorized limits and ensuring timely payment of settlements
- Maintaining accurate records of all claim activities and documentation
