Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems in various industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
- Develop data pipelines to collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights.
- Use statistical methods to evaluate model performance.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits include free visa sponsorship and ticket to relocate to Utena.
