IT Manager - Los Angeles, USA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective IT strategies to support the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure our company remains competitive.
- Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, network systems, and security protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful IT strategies.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (must have own visa)
