Junior Commercial Architect - Eschen, Liechtenstein

As a Junior Commercial Architect in our Eschen office, you will work under the guidance of senior architects to design and develop commercial buildings. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed plans and drawings, conducting site visits and inspections, and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also assist in managing project schedules and budgets, while adhering to local building codes and regulations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of commercial building codes and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

This position is located in Eschen, Liechtenstein.
