We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to project completion. Your duties will include managing a team of architects, developing project plans and budgets, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Fluency in German is preferred but not required. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the heart of Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and oversee all aspects of the architectural design process
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and approve architectural designs
- Ensure that all projects adhere to building codes, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control throughout the construction process
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or design
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in German preferred but not required
