Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Mauren. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the client and construction team.
- Supervise construction teams on site to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and prepare regular financial reports for management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
