Personal Trainer - Balzers, Liechtenstein



As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating individualized fitness programs and providing one-on-one coaching to clients in Balzers, Liechtenstein. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through personalized exercise plans and nutritional guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, needs, and limitations
- Design customized workout plans based on client's goals, abilities, and preferences
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Ability to create effective workout plans for a diverse range of clients
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coach and motivate clients
- Knowledge of proper nutrition and ability to provide guidance on healthy eating habits
- Basic understanding of injury prevention techniques
- Passion for health and fitness with a positive attitude
- Must be physically fit with the ability to demonstrate exercises to clients
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
