Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Lahore. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Schedule appointments and meetings, make travel arrangements when needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices or processing payments
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
