Job Title: Office Assistant
We are in need of an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Lahore. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting with general office tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls when necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts
- Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Salary:
$1200 per month with accommodation provided. Salary may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
Location:
This position is based in Lahore. Candidates from other cities may also apply but must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for employment verification purposes.
