Sales Manager - Funchal, Portugal
As a Sales Manager at our company in Funchal, Portugal, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Participate in the hiring process of new sales team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
