Office Assistant
We are a fast-paced office in need of a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Almada. This is an entry-level position, therefore no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team by handling various tasks such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies. This is an urgent job opportunity and the selected candidate must have their own valid visa.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet visitors and direct them to the correct location
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- File paperwork and maintain organized records
- Order office supplies when needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and creating invoices
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative when needed
Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

This job is located in Almada.
