Part-Time Instrument Technician


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Instrument Technician to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various types of instruments used in industrial settings. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, and temperature sensors
- Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation systems to ensure efficient operation
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Install new instruments as needed and maintain records of all installations
- Keep inventory of spare parts and equipment for timely repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in instrumentation preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is not required but preferred
- Familiarity with various types of instrumentation systems and their components
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work in different weather conditions
