Sales Manager - Al Buraymi, Oman


A reputable company in Al Buraymi, Oman is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the sales operations and drive the growth of our business. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve target revenue goals.
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to expand our customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain long-term client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage sales budget and report on key metrics to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
