Rental Coordinator
Our rental company in Malindi is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the rental process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payments are completed accurately and on time. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and book rental reservations via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate pick-up and drop-off times with customers
- Prepare rental agreements and collect required documents (such as biometric passports) for each rental
- Process payments and deposits for rentals
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals to ensure they are clean and in good working condition
- Keep track of inventory of rental vehicles and schedule regular maintenance as needed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required for this role as most customers will be English-speaking
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if required for job duties
- Previous experience in customer service or vehicle rentals is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Students looking for part-time work may also be considered
Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1700$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company.
