CNC Operator



As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform precision machining operations. Your main tasks will include setting up and programming the machine, monitoring the production process, and performing quality checks on finished products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications provided by engineers
- Load raw materials into the machine and perform necessary adjustments
- Program the machine using computer aided design (CAD) software
- Monitor the production process and make any necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and programming languages such as G-code and M-code
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Malindi, a beautiful coastal town in Kenya known for its sandy beaches, marine life, and historical sites.
