Industrial Architect

Our company is a leading architecture firm based in Monte-Carlo, seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, facilities, and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project scope, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial buildings and structures
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Manage project budget and schedule to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong understanding of industrial building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Benefits:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. We also offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets.
