Female Concierge in Pokhara, Nepal


As a female concierge in Pokhara, Nepal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests of our luxury hotel. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting guests with their needs, making reservations for dining and activities, and providing recommendations for local attractions. You will also be expected to handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Must be a female
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in hospitality or related field is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
