Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Pokhara, Nepal



We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Pokhara, Nepal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities and surrounding area attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up to ensure any issues are resolved
- Maintain the lobby area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with luggage handling if necessary
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests to ensure personalized service
- Communicate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1000 per month
