Junior Painter

Our painting company in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Painter to join our team. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1800 per month.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in painting is preferred, but not required
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions carefully
- Basic knowledge of color mixing and painting techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must be physically fit and able to work on ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior painters with preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and cleaning equipment
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the completed project
