English Language Teacher


We are hiring an experienced English Language Teacher to join our team in Porto. As a language teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective lessons to students of all ages and levels. Your main goal will be to help students develop their language skills and achieve their learning objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that are tailored to the needs of individual students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to keep students engaged and motivated.
- Assess students' progress regularly and provide feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes student participation and encourages cultural exchange.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods, technologies, and trends in language education.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) or foreign language preferred.
- Native-level fluency in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus).
- Strong understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt lessons accordingly.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid work permit for Portugal (free visa provided if needed).
- Willingness to work with both children and adults.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with opportunities for professional development.
