We are in search of a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a cozy cafe in the beautiful city of Faro, Portugal. As a Barista, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent and creativity by crafting delicious and visually appealing coffee beverages for our customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista
- Extensive knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Ability to create latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage)

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Prepare various coffee beverages according to customer preferences and menu specifications
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring, grinding, and brewing coffee
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including equipment maintenance and restocking supplies when needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions or concerns they may have

We offer competitive salary of $1800 per month, along with free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket to and from Faro.
