Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to clients in the city of Almada. Your main duty will be to assist clients in navigating our company's online platform and answering any questions they may have about our products or services. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Portuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must have own visa and accommodation in Almada

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, or video conferencing
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and addressing their concerns promptly
- Guide clients through our company's online platform and assist with any technical issues they may encounter
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Stay updated on our company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
