Online Consultant for International Company in Almada

Do you have an interest in international business and a knack for customer service? We are seeking a full-time Online Consultant to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.

As an Online Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients from all over the world. You will assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and accurate information about our products and services. Additionally, you will help onboard new clients and provide training on our online platform.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. A background in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and provide accommodation for non-local employees. We also cover the cost of your visa and provide a free ticket to Almada.
