Restaurant Manager in Svalbard with Accommodation



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Svalbard. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff members, including waiters/waitresses and kitchen staff
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency and quality
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation in Svalbard. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
