We are hiring a skilled and passionate Android Developer to join our team in Bergen. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. Your primary focus will be on creating user-friendly and efficient applications that meet our clients' needs and expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements to existing apps. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues to ensure smooth functioning of the apps
- Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve app performance
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Conduct thorough testing to identify any issues or bugs before deployment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Android Developer (at least 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin or other programming languages used for Android app development
- Proficient understanding of Android SDKs, APIs, third-party libraries, tools, and frameworks
- Experience working with remote data via RESTful APIs and JSON/XML data formats
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month
