Job Title: Hotel Manager for English Speaking Candidates in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a bilingual and English speaking hotel, we are looking for candidates who are fluent in both Malayalam and English.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and human resources
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare financial reports and budgets

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g. Opera)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month
