Senior Commercial Architect


We are currently hiring a Senior Commercial Architect for our growing firm in the bustling city of Remish. This position is ideal for an experienced and skilled architect with a strong commercial background and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and drafters to deliver high-quality commercial projects on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to gather information, assess site conditions, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using advanced software programs
- Oversee construction progress and provide guidance to contractors to ensure project execution aligns with design intent
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Proven track record of leading successful projects from conception to completion within strict timelines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, contractors, and consultants
- A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This position is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian candidates. Fluent English is required for effective communication within the diverse team.
