A reputable architecture firm in Remish is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects within budget constraints
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the project process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
