Industrial Architect


We are looking for a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and other professionals to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather information for design purposes.
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of designs.
- Develop project proposals and estimates based on client specifications.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
- Review building codes, zoning regulations, fire safety codes, and other legal requirements to ensure compliance in designs.
- Conduct research on new materials, building techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements related to industrial buildings.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington (open for foreigners)
