Junior Plasterboard Worker

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Multan. As a Junior Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls, ceilings, and partitions in residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting plasterboard to fit specific areas, attaching it to frames or structures, and finishing surfaces with joint compound. You may also be required to assist with other tasks such as insulation installation or drywall taping.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in plasterboarding preferred
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard according to specifications
- Secure plasterboard to walls, ceilings, or partitions using screws or adhesive
- Patch any holes or imperfections with joint compound and sand surfaces smooth
- Install insulation between wall studs or ceiling joists if necessary
- Apply drywall tape over seams for a seamless finish
- Assist with other tasks such as framing and painting as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
