Web Designer (Funchal, Portugal)



We are seeking a creative and experienced Web Designer to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. You must have a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in designing websites using HTML, CSS, and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities:

- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites for clients
- Collaborate with team members to understand client needs and project requirements
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for website design
- Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant tools to create functional websites
- Ensure websites are optimized for various devices and browsers
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on existing websites
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices in website design

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website designs
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant tools
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Joomla
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
