Office Assistant

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Faro. As an Office Assistant, you will support the daily operations of our office and assist with various administrative tasks. This role is suitable for men and does not require any previous experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Organize and maintain office supplies
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
