Job Title: Office Assistant in Faro

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Faro. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your duties will include answering phone calls, managing emails, organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a biometric passport. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
