Caregiver Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Caregiver Supervisor to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Caregiver Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our elderly patients and managing a team of caregivers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to provide compassionate care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train caregivers to ensure high quality care for patients
- Create schedules and assign duties to caregivers based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and report any concerns or changes to medical staff
- Maintain accurate records of patient care plans, medications, and appointments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a caregiver or in a similar supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others

Salary: 1700$ per month
