Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Jerusalem. As an Indian construction company, we are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and has extensive experience in managing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local building codes and regulations, as well as experience working with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Oversee the selection of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, schedules, and specifications
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
- Experience working with budgeting software
- Willingness to relocate if necessary

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem (accommodation provided if needed)
