IT Manager

Our dynamic and growing company in Kaunas is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and implementation of all information technology systems and processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure and provide strategic guidance to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business goals
- Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide technical leadership
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Experience with budgeting and cost analysis

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Kaunas

Preference: Indian applicants preferred but open to all nationalities.
