We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$, and we offer visa sponsorship for foreign workers. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in concrete work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent job, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark designated areas for concrete placement
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling with tools such as rakes and shovels
- Mix concrete according to specifications
- Pour concrete into designated areas using wheelbarrows or pumps
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand trowels or power tools
- Create grooves and joints as needed for expansion and contraction of concrete
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or staining if required
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with various tools used in concrete work
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
