Job Title: Concierge Coordinator

The Concierge Coordinator will oversee and manage all aspects of the concierge services at our luxury hotel in Atlanta. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, coordinating reservations and special requests, and managing a team of concierge staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, previous experience in a similar role, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests seeking assistance or information
- Coordinate reservations for restaurants, events, and transportation
- Handle special requests such as room upgrades, spa appointments, and tour bookings
- Train and supervise concierge staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events to make personalized recommendations for guests
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist with check-ins/check-outs and handle guest complaints or issues when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a related customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with the Atlanta area is preferred but not required
