Office Manager - Monte-Carlo, Monaco
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for creating a smooth and productive work environment for our employees. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including supply inventory, maintenance, and vendor management
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks for employees
- Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient organization of documents
- Oversee the recruitment process for new employees and coordinate onboarding procedures
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as the point of contact between employees and upper management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration or relevant role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software programs
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have previous experience working in Monaco or Europe
- Hold a valid work visa for Monaco
